Hi. I mod for many different games, just all games i see that need to be improved. I've started with simple texture-replacements, i can do a bit of scripting but what i mostly like to do is editing sounds, espacially weaponsounds ... and im also interested in learning modelling someday. As already said i aim for higher quality or more realism ( hollywoodsounds -> realistic sounds ;) )

no problem. people recommended to me those movies like starship troopers, alien vs predator, alien etc. because they kinda refer to the vietnam war.
so far i must admit i havent seen any of them but im interested :)

You don't actually need to choose a group in order to present it on moddb.com. In order to have a mod profile page and be able to post on the front page though, the first thing you need is a website for your project. Even if it's free hosting. Do you have a website for your mod? What's your mod all about?

its a mod for vietcong which changes skins, sounds etc and will add features and new weapons, and makes it all a bit more realistic. thats basically it.
i dont think this small project is worth making a new website.

i have a mod project running which i make all on my own. the problem is : for presenting it on moddb.com i need to chose a group. and well, a group needs multiple members to be created (if i got it right).
