I also have the blood impact textureless problem. I own every source game thats possible to purchase, Therefore this problem has nothing to do with requirements. I really enjoy the work that has gone into this mod, But i hope that this problem can be solved. I installed using Desura, So maybe the desura version has a missing texture?
