personally i thought the metal music didn't work well for the part when you first encounter the zombies, would've been cooler if the ambient music was played at a faster tempo and have a heart beating sound that also went faster

Black-Operative we all had to go through that part with just a pistol and a knife, so stop complaining and as for the whole AK trailer thing, thats later in the game. But don't worry it gets easier at that point
also along with my previous statement i just felt like saying that the only two flaws i came across for this mod are the hitboxes and how your A. I. teammates couldn't be killed, but besides from that, its the best hl mod i've played ever since I beat AoM DC
awesome mod, loved every minute of it, but i have one question it contains spoilers so those of you that haven't beaten it should avoid reading it.
*SPOILERS* when you first meet paulina she tells you that you were in that poisoned area where you faced those monster mutant things and you breathed in the poison gas that went into your lungs. She said she was about to give you an xray but you had to go take out those genetically engineered supersoldier clones, so my question is, is that did the poisoned gas have any long term effects on your character? it seemed like this was a plothole that wasn't finished.*END SPOILERS*
after beating AoM:DC i'm waiting for this mod, i'm curious to see how the horror elements of it are different than AoM
beat this mod yesterday, definitely an improvement over the original, not gonna say what ending i got and while i would like to see the other endings i don't find it very replayable since the game is pretty linear and like deus ex, the ending that you get only comes into affect near the end of the game, oh and once i got the hammer it got less scary and i got into *** kicking mode.
i recall from awhile back that you guys said this mod is around 3 hours, how many maps is that

i just found out that steam is a must for this mod, i've been playing it casually for the past few days and when it gets to a certain point where another map is loading the game crashes, oh well it was fun while it lasted
Teemuslayer, that sounds odd, i never encountered that problem and i'm running the mod non-steam, because i find steam to be too much of a hassle, so i don't know how i can't you out bud as for the mod itself the new monster designs are fantastic, i especially like the new look for the headcrab like thing that jumps at you and the big *** monster thing, i think it was replaced by the alien slaves, when i first encountered it, it was one of those wtf moments i had, oh and that wheelchair thing was pure genius, scared the **** outta me. Only that i didn't like was one of the zombie creatures had what i believe to be a trashbag for a head, i thought it was just random as hell, other than that though i love this mod
download this if you're experience those weird texture glitches, such as the plants have this black thing around them
******* scary *** mod btw, much better than the original which was already an incredible mod to begin with
the best part of this mod was when i went to turn the power off and the hospital went pitch black, it was awesome and brilliant

if you want 9 hours go play an old mod like heart of evil or they hunger, its not the length of a mod that makes it good but the quality of the product, the poke646 series of mods were never that long but it was a very impressive mod, same goes for azure sheep, it was about 6 hours long but it was an incredible 6 hours, so however long this mod is i'm sure it'll be a great kick *** experience
to everyone whose waiting for this mod, you guys need to get a life seriously, don't get me wrong i love games as much as the next guy but going on moddb and bugging the devs about this is just sad, go out there, meet up with some buddies, go to a party, hit the clubs, meet a member of the opposite sex, **** i don't care just get a LIFE
just one question, how well will this mod work on lower end systems? since my pc is like from 2003
i got a better idea, we stop hassling them and let them do whatever it is they need to do to finish the mod, it's there project they can do whatever they want to with it
have you guys ever played heart of evil? if so i think you guys should make the hazard course like that, you know have a map with some squad mates and a bunch of enemies all in one crazy hectic gunfight, you know just like a little bonus level to the mod, just a suggestion.

hi, ive got a question since this game has a few different endings i was wondering how's the replay value going to be in this game?

loved the original one, it scared me shitless, the flashlight was my best friend, the idea of having to collect batteries to put into the flashlight is interesting but it makes me wonder how well will that work in the game?
i don't think a mod has to necessarily be long to be good, look at sweet half-life it wasn't all that long, but it was a blast to play through, same with poke646 vendetta, however if the mod developers are planning on making it long, don't make it too long to the point where the gameplay will start to drag on and become dull. I'm not saying that making it long will be a bad thing, but if it is going to be long it should make the player want to keep playing it until its over, like in they hunger or afraid of monsters
the team said they're going to release it in 2007 so to everyone asking the very latest should be december 31st 2007, and to everyone asking whether or not its for hl or hl: source, hl: source is NOT listed as a game on moddb, if you want a copy of hl then get one off of amazon or something, that should clear things up
