The giant and overly round eye sockets (seriously that's just not what eyes are shaped like)are so off-putting and, to a lesser extent, so it the lack of any real change in contours where his nose should be, although I get that it is a loose-fitting balaclava.
I don't know much, if anything, about Russian armed forces... but isn't that a VDV shirt he's wearing?

Looks really cool. I like the head-sway but it looks out of place without any bob.
The crappy Combine-AI looks crappy though. When the player hide behinds the car the mob dudes come chasing like you have run away and hidden or something. It's frustrating that it seems they have no concept of cover.

Sweet model though. Technically the bone structure of the hands/arms wouldn't allow theropods like Dilophosaurus to have their hands and arms in the position you have shown here.... but I guess you're trying to do it like Jurassic Park and they had that error to so whatever. It looks cool anyways.

Crappy Source enemy AI will make this mod more boring than it should be.
Dilophosaurus was about 6-8ft tall.

Um... not really. +50% means an additional 50% time. 50% on top of the usual 100%. That means that your perk's text says that the bonus is having 150% reload speed. That's slower than the norm.
I know what you mean, mate, I'm just helping you out here because the English in this design document doesn't convey your ideas properly because it is wrong. It's just a simple mistake I'm pointing out.
"Gunslinger +50% draw, reload and ironsights speed" should be changed to "-50%"
+50% implies that it takes longer to reload, sight and draw.

Not exactly a true 3D scope (as seen in Red Orchestra and Insurgency) and the blur is kinda overkill. Still cool though.
How is there a release when all you have in the images section is pre-alpha stuff and concept art? What the heck is in the release?

I thought this mod had gone a little bit silent - so good to see an update!
A question: will more work on the campaign be done for the next version? Right now it just feels really unbalanced in a lot of respects. Also, this might just be me, but I get a crash trying to do siege battles (not in campaign, just in single battles).
The premise for this mod is good and the ideas look interesting. At the moment it seems like making a racing game on Source has been way too optimistic though.
