Not dead yet- going to college full time with a job following up takes up almost all of your time, so you probably wont be seeing updates being churned out as fast as they used to. We've picked up a bit though in the last week though.
I'll try to get an update together when I can.
There's already an "android port" of conscript nomad (psp conscript), check the image stx posted.
Love the laws, but still though some aspects are way too low res, hands should be increased maybe a little- the fov seems good as it is IMO

That is only around 2 weeks away lol, there's still quite a few things todo before a release, but like I said in the comment below, these last few items are going to make survival mode a lot more fun, the wait will be worth it
Looks good but the texture feels way too low res, doesn't do it any justice- I'm all for lower quality and classic styled, but this might be a little over kill

No date as of yet, but getting closer to one. A bunch of last-minute ideas to make survival mode more dynamic and enjoyable have thrown in a bit more time needed, but will be worth it.
I used to help a bunch with all the weapon sounds and other misc help, haven't really needed me much since then

We're still working on conscript, but just like with many other mod teams- when you've got college/ job, working on games don't become the first priority.
There's still a few things to be finished before releasing the psp beta, more info about it will be given in the next update
We had a video a while back showing off the basic effects of the gravity gun, but its basically the same- secondary pick up objects, primary launch. It is not really cannon with the main story line and will not be featured on the pc conscript, basically for multiplayer.
We do have some content not shown on here yet, but progress has been a bit slower lately since a bunch of our team mates are busy/ I can barely get on the computer with work and school these days- but when I get the opportunity I'll post another update soon giving some info about where we stand atm, beta info, etc.

There is a decent quake port on the android I suppose, and our game at the moment runs on many quake engines

Its just taking the ragdol of one of the decompiled hl2 models, and slapping it onto the hl1 dm rig and compiling. Its cool either way and has been done before, but yea, you are about 4 months late to the party bro.

What are you talking about? we make updates in moderate time, I have most of my team ranging from 15-18 year olds who are very busy with school, but I have plenty of people still working on this game.
I wouldn't complain about the update size, unless you want to wait much longer to have bigger updates, instead of smaller ones :)
This game is based off the beta, and besides, I like the beta style look :)
The model is supposed to look as much like the half life 2 beta metro police as possible. I can assure you it is made completely from scratch, texture and all.

So far I have gotten them to work one way or another. I scaled the textured up a bit more on the psp version to work with the maps. Shouldn't run into too many problems, as long as I keep my textures low on the psp version
The pc version will have better textures, 512x512. I didn't add them yet
I am hoping to make a port to conscript on the PSVITA when it comes out, with better textures some day.
I like something new you know, the spas is in literally almost every game, and wanted to change it up. Most of the team agreed
If I get a ton of hate towards it with the comments, and No-body likes it, and is the worst thing since un-sliced bread, and will basically make the game un-playable, then I will be forced to switch it back to the spas. When conscript releases, I am making an optional model pack, replacing a bunch of the weapon models with cut ones I had maybe. So either way, the gun will be in the game, but if you guys hate it, I will put it in the optional model pack/ make it not in the standard release.

Duke is a really good coder, and he likes to see quality work and such, and half the games on the psp game page is full of noob games
I just re-read the news thing, open world on psp on a quake engine is Highly un-likely. This would require an overhaul on a ton of things, and doubt it would work

by the time you get your second project going, the team should have enough money for what you are asking for.
Your game is basicly just a big quake mod, you arent going to need a top-end computer. 380 dollars for a computer, and maybe 460 when its past august 31st? you guys are kinda insane. The whole point of these psp indie games is for people to play for free, without paying a dime for it. No matter what
Just get some cheapy discount computer, and run your quake mod on it. It will run it just as good as any. If you can host a quake server from a psp, doing it on a low-end computer wouldn't be a problem. Im not sure how you guys are going for your game, but if its only 4 people like in l4d, then you will only have 4 people per server. Its not like a 30 person hl2 mod with everyone playing at once

nope, custom hand model made by kongah, including hand skin. It is the hl2 beta sniper, but the model is custom made by cocono, and skinned by blubswillrule

It is going to be based off the hl2 beta model, and it just in early wip stages.It is going to use my engine for the psp.There is a story line and such not only about zombies.I will tell you this,he will be playable in multiplayer,and that our engine has alot of improvents like blodd splatter and muzzle flash.The uzi is still pretty low poly, it just has a good skin
