I am upset ! Last night i did the Launcher Update and after i did the mod no longer boots up the launcher to work so i can enjoy this awesome creation ! I am running Win. 7 so it should work just fine. I have a darn good video card and as much RAM as i can squeeze into it. I need help to fix it but i don't know how and forget about the "Go to the forum crap because i lost my old forum log in. I was on years ago back when i was [IN]-SFI Ballroom.

Is this mod still even playable and if so,how do i download it ?

Ok cool,thanx. So how do i do that manually so i can play in your multiplayer universe especially when i have not been playing any single player saves on Disco and FW:TOW as i have only played them in multiplayer ?

I didn't load Discovery or FW:TOW using FLMM at all. They came with their own installer and both of them work just fine. Since your mod of the 3 uses the FLMM 1.31 then i would presume that it'll load on the FLMM and the other mods will not pollute this one from loading. I have also read posts to where some guys have way more Freelancer mods loaded than even me however when i asked them how they did it i got no answer. How can i run this mod and make this happen without losing my other mods ?

I fully understand your need to choose. I however love the prequels and also fully understand the reason why Jar-Jar-Binks needed to exist as he was. The force has sway over the weak mind and Chancellor Palpatene using his dark ways of the force made it possible to put Jar-Jar right where he needed him. To cast the final vote to have a Grand Army Of The Republic which in turn played right into his insidious plans. There's much more of the reasons that i see on the prequels and such however yes this mod is your baby and i'd like to see it grow to it's mold breaking potential that i have seen and enjoyed playing so far.

Need help badly. Trying to install Crossfire and having trouble figuring it out. I', also running Discovery and Freeworlds: Tides Of War. Those mods use their own installer and not the FLMM 1.31 and i figured it should work since it's the only mod using it. It runs the into video and then nothing happens after that. Really wanna try this mod on for size big time so any help would be appreciated.

I love your mod and don't mean to be a pain but,why ? Or in any case,why not ? No disrespect to you guys because i'd give you all a big Wookie hug if i could for this genius of a mod.

What in Gods Green Earth happened to the server ?! Cheaters suck but i am guessing it was the April Fools joke had backfired and messed up the mod. I'd like to jump back in along with my friends and get busy but each time i look the server is either down or it crashes soon after. Oh and by the way,i don't know much about computers so i couldn't cheat even if i tried although i "have" encountered those who have cheated and i despise them because they ruin a perfectly good game.

If you ask me. You guys are saying how you would have dressed down capital ships that Civilians can have that will protect their own convoys but will not be able to go toe to toe with the normal military capital ships. I feel that if you incorporate those older ships like the droid control ships among all of the other old Clone Wars Era battleships,being they're older technology then those would be the much better ships to dress down so to speak for the Civilian community. Then everyone's happy because they're also Star Wars Canon ships.

I have had a few updates downloaded for this Beta but it's not letting me connect with the server. I am running Win 7 and it did work for a few days at first till now. Also i tried loading it up for a friend of mine who's running Win Vista and although the blue game screen is loaded up,when he tries to play the screen just goes dark and nothing happens. How can "that" be fixed also ?

I have been paying VERY close attention to this mod with baited breath however it's also been 3 or more years since i have been waiting for it to finally be done. Guy's i absolutely LOVE you all however is there really that many bugs to work out ?

How do i get my own private server running for 4.87 ? I have re installed everything and the game runs fine in single player however every time i try to start the server it shows for a millisecond and disappears . I do not really wish to play on other servers except with my son,my brother and a few friends. And no i am unable to ask in the forum as for some reason it glitches every time i have tried .

Well it hasn't worked for me in well over a year and all the devs keep telling me here is "join the forum" so i attempt to and i always got an error. If you ask me THIS IS A FORUM since they're trying to get others to check out their modded games so obviously if you ask a question here and you get no answer because you haven't been able to join over there then a person has absolutely no choice but to ask the questions here. Perfect logic

After trying repeatedly to join the forumn and asking questions here where i have no other place that i can ask "any" questions i have finally lost all respect for everyone who has worked on this mod and unless i get some kind of help along with my satisfaction then i'm not gonna plug to anymore of my friends as well as those who would really have swollen the ranks eventually on their main server again. I have eaten crow for this mod as i've talked so much about it only to be made a fool of and i've had it. So stop telling me to join your Goddamn forum and tell me right here where you're trying to get others to join your cause anyways. Great modders but very bad salesmen ! I am very disappointed in you all. Did i also mention that i am a singer for an all original metal band named Slam Corps and i could reach a very broad audience for you all and your hard work on your mod ?! Hell i've tried to join the forumn for well over a year and it always gives me an error everytime i try. I love the mod but i'm long past beginning to get angry with the devs as not a damn one of them helps me except to "Join the forumn and ask questions" but when i try to join i can't. I am beginning to feel blackballed for no reason except for trying to run my own private server with my son,brother and also attepting to get back some of my old friends who loved the mod at first until they incorporated that crappy weapons restriction and since no one answers me except with the usual cardboard cut out answer,well they won't join me "or" eventually their main server because they have had it. I had such plans for this mod along with joining their main server with alot of my old friends and it was coming along just fine until this past year. We were going to create our own faction along with roleplay and everything ! I'm almost 48 and my friends are also older than most but so much for our galactic adventure. All i asked is exactly how do i turn off the weapons restrictions,deploy a base since even that won't work and since i'm running my own Centurian server,how do i get the ability to access the bastile System since i have the right to being i'm running my own so i can purchase the Battlestar Galactica as well as the other ships but NOOOO,no one help me to anything no matter how many times i've nicely asked ! And no i have absolutely no idea of why i cannot join the forumn as i've tried upty billion times and STILL get an error. it says everything is correct and then BOOM i get the same damned error.

I am unable to ask because everytime i try to join,i fill out my info correctly and then i get a white error page every single time i try. This is madness ! I have been trying to get alot of my old friends turned on to this mod and the longer no one helps me the harder it will be for me to convince them to still want to try to enjoy this mod. SOMEONE PLEASE tell me how to dissable the damned weapons tech problem for my personal server here since i am not able to join the forums !

Well i have been using the exact amounts of specific cargo and still it will not activate with the exception of all the cargo disappearing. It's extreamly frustrating

How do i deactivate the techcompat ? I have tried upti million times to join the main forumns and i keep getting some kind of white page pretty much saying that there was an error.

I have absolutely no idea of how to do that. Everything worked fine except for my friends and i were unable to deploy a base at first but once update 6 came out and we all updated then the heavy weapons,(with proper ids as well as proper heavy weapons as per faction),it knocked us all down to 10%. I have tried constantly to join your forums only to have a glitch once i have fully filled out the information and i have no idea of why.

Yes i am running my own server. i also am unable to launch a base. I tried near 10 times but all this base construction ship did was eat all of the cargo and nothing happened. I did have all of the appropriate commodaties also.

Nope. We have Outcast ships with Outcast tech and it's still at 10%. Yes i am running my own private server,Centurian1 to be exact and this bug came to annoyance "only" when the 6th update was released. The server is at my own home. I was "hoping" that while running my own server,my old pals from years ago would soon feel comfortable to play on the original Disco server and i almost had them used to it enough until that damndable weapons bug messed up my dreams of adventure. Most of my friends are around my age,like 47 years old to be exact but we've always wished for an entire galactic adventure and THIS was axactly what we wanted until this weapon glitch. I'd appreciate any and all help as my friends have families but still want to find the time to have a few beers and do some exploring. I hope my friends have not become disalusioned of this mod as i went to alot of trouble to convince them of attempting to do so. Sorry this is long but someone please help. I would like to change the tech problem if at all. Also we have tried and tried but still any base we try to build takes all of the cargo and no base appears.

Well i just played it and i "still" am knocked down to 10% when i undock so no it's not been fixed. Really i love this mod but my brother with his Outcast dreadnought and me with my Outcast Destroyer are knocked down to 10% when we undock. Now mind you i voted for you however if there was an auto update then we do not have it doing so for us. Please any help would be met with kudos. Also my son is unable to go into a bar or it crashes. So does my friend Stimpy

Well you're most certainly aware of the capital ship weapon bug now so what's the point ? Especially when i've made it known months ago and nobody replied to it.

Normally i'd vote for this however considering the devs broke the mod making it impossable to use the heavy guns on any capital ship i have to ask,"When are you going to fix it"?

Just fix the game and we'll flock back ! It was a great game and still is in some ways but all this penalty crap,problem with even deploying a base, and such just drives us all batty. I run my own private server but now my Outcast Destroyer is penalised to 10% by using it's own heavy equipment. That should not happen. We all will support by playing but you guys need to try not to over analise everything either. Don't break a good thing just because a few complain or we'll all complain. I look forward to your fixes

If you ask me. Panzer225 is my hero ! With this new update,it messed up my Outcast Destroyer to where i am unable to use my heavy turrets. It say's i am using incompatable tech and reduces power to a pitiful 10 percent. What a joke ! I am unable to defend myself from anything larger than i fighter.

I fully agree. Sorry but i made a mistake and put it in another area but yes this page needs an overhaul.
