Where should the text files for this be located. Wanted to change a few things but cant find the file.

...is this a zip folder with the xmls, models, skins, and sounds or an installer? I primarily would like this mod to have the empire CRUSH the Federation, which means I need specific ships to go to replace a specific faction (rebels) while leaving the empire and consortium alone.
