Well after testing, here's what I think:
- Sound problem when walking (footsteps too loud on the grass for example)
Vehicle machine gun has almost no sound...
- For weapons, the fact that it rises against an object makes the game difficult to play and it is very unpleasant in closed areas ...
- The cross of arms is almost useless because it is so small and not very visible...
- Graphic problem with lighting that changes when you look up...
- Problem with the adjustment of the mouse, there is an inertia impossible to adjust, it's unpleasant to play...

Okay after trying, here are my concerns:
The sight works but there is no recoil from the weapon when I shoot
(Iron Sight mod issue)

In addition the launch icon gives me this error: "Error loading Farcry 32 bits" same thing in 64 bits.

The levels have a lot of trouble loading and often get stuck, forcing you to quit everything and restart the game... it's hellish...

I again tried shooting the heavy machine gun on the boat.
I confirm that there is a problem, because it is impossible to destroy the various targets that I see at a certain distance...
I have however shot at them for a long time, but to hit them I have to be much more ready.
I did some tests with the "entitylibrary" file of the Rebalanced mod and there is no problem, I can hit distant targets.
I don't know what's with your file, maybe this is normal with the vanilla game?
You should use the one from Rebalanced and adapt it

Excellent mods but I have a question about weapons:
Are the weapon ranges changed?
Because the heavy machine guns (fixed and vehicle) have a ridiculous range I find...
This should be increased.
It would also be necessary to leave 3 possible attachments per weapon of the character.

What is the difference between the 2 DLLs? Is there an alternative?

I would like to put back the basic holster system because I find it very annoying to see the weapon come out with each action...

I would also like to remove the lasers from the sniper rifles from the game, which file should I modify?

Well a big thank you to you that works;)
For your next update, can I suggest some modifications?

- Increase the brightness (too many completely black areas)

- The shotgun is really only used too close or at close range to be effective, it would be necessary either to reduce the dispersion of the projectiles a little or then to add a little to compensate.

- Slightly increase the damage of machine guns (chaingun also)

- Increase a little the intensity of the shooting sounds for the pistol

- Can you slightly increase the transport of ammunition? (I tried to modify but I only found the capacity of the magazines eg: if I put 80 cartridges for the machine gun, I can only take 280 with a takeout ... how to modify so that it remains at 300?

- Add a tactical flashlight directly on the weapons (Can be smaller than the flashlight?)

- Make your mod compatible with Redux or Hi Res? in order to take advantage of the High resolution decors.

I think it's already not bad;)

So for Redux I followed your instructions, overall it works but I had some problems ...
To start a game, I have to do it twice.
I have some screen jerks at the start of the game (After that stops).
I had a windows return when loading the 2nd level (Not had since).
For the Options the helmet works but not the shotgun (This one has no sound).
I haven't tried the other options yet.
