I voted the option of a game receiving all-round good reviews. In my opinion, AAA games are made to generate income, not customer satisfaction. Indie games are made for the enjoyment of a target audience, and generally not for large amounts of income. As an example; many people will still refer to Minecraft as an indie title, as it once was; but the copious amount of revenue has caused it to go AAA. Minecraft started as a game targeted toward players of Rougelikes and building games. Because of it's freak success nearly everyone, in the target audience or not, owns a copy of the game. Therefore, in my opinion, it has become a AAA title from overall good reviews and steady income from the entire population of gamers, not just a small portion.

Hmm, new problem. When I start my LAN game the loading bar gets almost 75% through and I CTD. I have the Sierra version patched to 11 if that helps any.
I don't know if this is a bug or not, I can't start a LAN server to play with bots. The menu just shows up completely blank. Is it supposed to do this or am I missing something?
I love the low ambiance lighting. I suggest lowering the lightmaps on the far wall, the shadow looks very jagged and pixilated to me

Looks kinda like it would snap if you sat on it. A little thin IMO.
The first looks too abandoned and dirty, the second one would be great for a top secret supervillan HQ. The red gives off a more 'evil' vibe than the strict black and white. I don't know how well this will look in engine however, as it won't quite look right without the reflections and shadows.

Quite honestly, it's bad, but it's not terrible. I'd suggest adding even rudimentary lights into the map to show it off, even if they will not be final. The entity placement (Props, ropes), and brushwork isn't half bad however.

Triangles != Textures. Plus a model with a million triangles isn't going to be used in a game, they are used to bake detail into a lower definition model.

Bicycle shocks would make the recoil more intense actually. When shooting you want the gun to be pressed as hard against your shoulder as possible otherwise it will fly back and dislocated your arm.
In Metro 2033 I believe there are places that make you hallucinate and see ghosts, things like that.
...An AK74U is not a god damn SMG. The 'U' stands for Ukorochenniy, which means 'shortened' in Russian. It's just simply a shortened AK74. A sub machine gun is a rife that fires handgun round, for example the MP5 fires 9x19mm bullets, the same round as various handguns use.
The AK47 and G3 both fire 7.62, and the AK74u is not a SMG, it's like calling an M4 an SMG compared to a M16. Also to your 'this is a terrorist faction that simply cant get their hands on any weapon there is' comment, the P90 is a rather expensive gun, as well as the Desert Eagle.
