Copy and paste the .fgd to this location: steam/steamapps/(your account)/sourcesdk/bin/orangebox/bin
if you still haven't. Then just find the .fgd in hammer there and you should have no issue using it.
No it doesn't make a difference but it's easier to manage than inside the mods folder.

You shouldn't have to be doing what Bekey suggests since Item_mine works fine and pressing enter does jack squidly if hammer can't find the entity.

It's all tied to the .fgd, I figure you haven't properly added it. You do know how to add it right?
