there was a mod at nexusmods wich added this, called something "new ships" and make ai fly ships from all mods

never tried this, but it sound like that what you want.

Otherwise the guy from "A shipmod" has changed something that selected races use selected ships. So that not everyone build everything

sounds like the mod is broken for you - did you download it again and install it again ? maybe something went wrong

Checkout the Split Carrier, he look a bit like a SSD

the largest ship here yet is the ISD 1 and MC80

mh i forgot you have files outsite the extension folder (10.cat/10.dat). what is in this files? cant you put this into extensions folder ? or maybe you should name it as the guy suggested at nexus (high number)

how can i see that your mod conflict with a special file? yet i tried all ships of split vendetta and your mod was active (cause the only real fighter is a Tie-Fighter!) and i had no problems yet. all content work fine without any crashes.

i read the threat at nexus and it seems that the guy only "think" that there will be conflicts - i dont think he tried it out, otherwise he could describe the problem caused by the filename...

you can use this as workaround:

just set your reputation up to max, buy the blueprints and set it back to neutral or enemy.

the cheat mod is not up to date, it work but you cant change the split reputation, but it work if you play as split.

Heyo, did you find a solve for the broken animation of the ARG M Pulse Turret?

actually i modded my pulse m turrets to :
fire rate about 1.1s
bullet life time increase (about 7km range)
dmg output x 10 - they are a bit stronger as before, but they feel as slow firing heavy twin turrets

its a shame that they changed the FLAK Turret Projectil with one of the lates beta patches that it now turn it self around after firing - before there was 4 laser pulses flying in quad formation - looked very very cool... but dont know how to turn off the turning of the bullets...

ah can we fore x4 to create a crash protocol and all build XL ships and send it to you?

that sounds good! :) i tested 3.0 beta and the Argon Flak has nearly bullets like Star Wars Turbolaser should have. I tried to mod them by myself (more range - less damage, cause flak is very short range (1500m)) but i failed cause i never mod a x game before ... and so the changes wont show up ingame :/

but if you change the colour (green/red/blue) and maybe make a 2 barrel version (or change the pulse turret projectile to the one from the flak - then it should have only 2 projectiles every shoot right?) than you have a dual and quad turbolaser without the need to create and design a new one.

just my thoughts^^

first i got this black textures, but yesterday (or the day before) they patched the beta and now everything works fine for me - except the knowing game crash with the ISD or Nebulon B :)

i would recommend equip your ships with the new Argon Flak Turret - it looks like a quad turbolaser!!!

the beta is a really good thing, many changes i wished for the game are in! (rename fleets, rename ships via map, use squads in fleets for better organizing, recolour multiple ships at once and so on...)

Bugs i have so far:

1. Argon Pulse Turret on Gozanti look strange when ready for shoot

And just read about wares.xml - can't wait for update :) will the B-Wing later be able (or automated after undocking) change the flight style to a vertical one? like in the movies?

when i select the Start with the B-Wing or E-Wing i have the ships, but can't buy new one at Argon Wharfs

Edit: Game crash when i teleport to Nebulon B Bridge :/

got this first too (copying all the stuff over the v0.1 files), but after deleting v0.1 and v0.2 by my self and do a clear install v0.2 the flickering was gone

ah i can't find the E and B Wing at the Argon Warf, the Nebulon B and ISD is at the large Shipyard available, but the Warf only has the 0.1 Ships

Hey folks, can anyone help me with a version of the mod in the SP campaign, i use FA Forever and mod version 135. I loaded the stuff into the campaign but there are no sounds for the new units. Vanilla units have sound, mayhem units dont. In MP they work as they should.

Edit: after testing solved the problem - just copy the soundfiles in the sound folder of the mod into the sound folder of the main game. it worked for me

Mhhh got problems with this build. if i am ingame - all ships are some kind of clear and i can watch to the other side of the ship.
does anyone else have this prob only with this build ? the version before works fine for me.

Yay i would love to see this mod in RM, it is the best HW Mod - cause of the good combat feeling. especially the HGN_Assault Frigate with the normal (no flak) top and bottom turret and in combat flying around instead of hanging on the same place withoutmoving (like the damn flak and other HW:RM Frigates do) ... *thumbs up*
