I feel somewhat puzzled why this isn't a priority to fix particulary due in this mod to gdi having a huge advantage with the mamoth mark 2
How to fix though without too much work ?

for a start man power needs addressing The two main fixes needing an overhaul are

Nod Shadow Squad -
At the moment for the ideal special price of 800 you get 4 guys that while tougher then say GDI soldiers that cost 300 two squads of soldiers easily take down one totally more pricey unit of a shadow strike team.
How to FIx : Give the shadow squad size a boost of men from say 4 to 8 and increase structure damage marginally.
ALso consider offering upgrades in secret shrine to increase armor of shadow squads
(make it so they are strong as un upgraded zone troopers to avoid too much spam mid game make that pricey say 6K)

Fanatics are underused at the moment after all they hurt your units as much as the opponents.
and on their own are mowed down due to low squad groups.
Several Options here
Either offer a Number Upgrade in the shrine
make a support power that calls a group of say 3 squads of them or 5 maybe make this one pricey though.
A second unit of fanatics that has increases numbers

Nod Flame squads - a little Over powered
still at moment i guess most will just spam these guys.
With shadow team being more pricey and much weaker why wouldnt they ?

secret shrine - Its no secret that more than two power upgrades would be better if possible id like to see 4.

Oh yeah maybe something simmilar to a tunnel system with transport for infantry only.
Able to move lots of soldiers in groups of 5 would be nice.. Note nothing Vehicle class would be able to use the tunnel.
But thats a diffrent idea.. the squad size increases would enable the less often used squads to come into play again.

If you want to make a "fair battle" in Nod vs. Gdi you should think about a fair Nod epic unit first (there's a thread in Nod discussion if you want to contribute), then you can think about infantry. About Shadow Team I agree, this unit is way too underpowered, personally I've barely use it because can be easily replaced.

Fanatics: I guess the whole TE community thinks about to replace this unit with something better. Terrorists don't fit in Nod arsenal very well, so something like small flying drones can replace them.

Balck Hand. Why overpowered? I think this unit is very powerful indeed, but doesn't seem that invicible...maybe the flame tank is too weak because the lack of turret, but Black Hand seems fine at the moment.

Which new upgrade do you want to get? blue flame? EMP for cyborgs?

Speaking about the tunnel. Isn't the scarab APC and the Drilling strike enough to get instant infantry in the battlefield?

The Shadow Team can't have more soldiers cause it is going to be hard to move them undetected, and it's also weird to see so many people in one spec ops squad. What they need is more diversity. Make them cheaper and give them two upgrades, an silenced SMG upgrade and a sniper rifle upgrade. That will make them more diverse and usefull.

I don't really have a problem with Fanatics, but they're kind of too expensive.

The Black Hand is just perfect for its role, and you can easily take them down with aircraft.

All the Cyborgs could get an upgrade that is for all of them, but I can't think of one now.

There is need to show that Nod still has a massive global or continental tunnel network full of Montauk class trains. So, I bring back this: Moddb.com

Cyborgs and Black Hands are already good for now

Fanatics should have a lower price imo. Also, terrorism actually fits with Nod.

I liked the idea of giving silenced weapons for the Shadows, but no sniper guns, plz. Way OP to have flying fast snipers on squads of 4.

The idea is that you can only upgrade one of the two, and teh silenced SMG gives them glider packs and the sniper upgrade beacons for cobra bombardment.

I know that it´s only one of those.

So it´s like creating 2 separed units? They are too much different to belong the same unit.
Anyway, squads with 4 snipers are still a quite OP. And the beacon thing is interesting, but that can be a "copy" of the sniper ability.

Yet, I like many points of you idea.

Well, the beacon will be stationary and will wear off after a minute or so, so its got some drawbacks when compared to the Sniper Team and some good points.
