The real question is why does Russians always have their cameras on when they take their cars?
Check youtube or every other video hosting service, it's ******* full of crashes and other random events like that.
Easily half of them was taken by Russians.
Its for security. In case something happens to them on the road, if someone say tries to cash in on insurance by making it look like the other guy was at fault, or in case of an accident, fraud, blackmail, etc..
Dashcams are a way of having proof readily available.
if i remember correctly i read somewhere that the tank was in a hurry to get to the shooting range right after it came out from a factory =P but i don't really know =P
