This one is an Infantry Fighting Vehicle, it has missiles to deal with heavy armor and other IFV's but its main role it's to support infantry.
To support TANKS actualy...
It is definately not IFV. As Sam said, it was created to support tanks. Maybe the problem is, that THIS vehicle occupies intermediate position between tanks and IFVs. Terminator is a sort of pioneer in such role, and maybe that's why it is hard to say for sure what is this :D
are those kornet missiles?
No. Those are "Atacka-T" AT missiles.
Earlier version of Terminator had 1x30 mm automatic cannon 2A42 and coaxial 1x7,62 mm MG, 4 AT missiles "Kornet" and 2x30 mm automatic grenade launchers "AG-17A".
The one on the foto is the last version of Terminator. It has 2x30 mm automatic cannon 2A42 and coaxial 1x7,62 mm MG (between them and a little above), 4 AT missiles "Atacka-T" and 2x30 mm automatic grenade launchers "AG-17A".
