This group is for everyone who like tanks, sci-fi tanks, real tanks, funny tanks, you can put here tank mods, tank maps, simply everything with straps, armor and gun :D
yeh a teammate once told me i should scout in my AMX38 just cuz im a light tank doesnt mean im a fast or a good scout hahaha. amx38 is a slow sharp headed tank.. kinda reminds me of patrick star hahah.
the earlier tanks of the British and the French was actually a cavalry/infantry support tank and not really mainly used for recon/patrol mission, through they have medium/heavier tanks for other mission later on the war.
Which is said that those Nations had to "fine tune" their tank tactics
Thats why they have such "odd" stats and will play even more weirder on a tank only game such as WoT as you cannot play as a infantry supporter because there is no infantry
and the tanks here seems to be controlled from ghost crew obviously which
makes it even more odder
Except the British ones makes sense. Both the Matilda and Valentine are mediums and they have good armor, acceptable mobility and late war got some pretty decent gun upgrade options. While early cruisers had light armor and gun and are called "Light" Cruisers while late cruisers tank had good armor and gun and called "Heavy" Cruisers.
This pile of scrap on the other hand, has a big gun, heavy armor while its mobility is probably worse than probably that of the goddam RL Maus tank. Seriously, it's the slowest, least maneuverable tank I've tried out to date.
hm according to WoT and some few other website it was produced only a few times and/or was never made beyond the blueprint but at the other hand you get the ELC as a reward which outperforms this tank and got a properly defined role.
but again that tank is so rare I hardly can search for it so I wouldn't know much about it either actually.
Yes the British made a different choice by having Light and Medium tanks with its role clearer defined, through at the end of the day it depends how you want to use the tank and its tactic/strategy so there is no a "shoe fits all size" on that one
About the Maus, it was at least properly categorized

I always joke that its a heavier tank the the actual French tier 4 Heavy.
