Why not just buy some Olifant MK2 or Magach 8 kits and tamper with them?

Why do that if you can make it yourself?
This tank will do fine for urban combat instead of the giant abrams.

Meh, the M-60T and M-60-2000 can wipe their arse with this.

Muhrines and army are interested in this one instead, for urban fighting. Im sure they know what they want.

Considering what ended up winning the Expeditionary Fire Support System (EFSS)project along with their other recent procurement f*ckups, I somewhat doubt that.

As i said the M60T isnt very relevant, as for the m60 2000; using an abrams turret kinda defeats the point of a cheap urban tank.

The M60-2000 was from an era when people still had warfare and tactics from the cold war in mind. Before Germany sold a ton of their Leopard 2s that had been surplused, many countries like Spain, Greece, and Turkey relied on tanks like the M60 and Leopard 1. So the idea that you could bring your fleet of old tanks up to almost par might have been an attractive idea. However the Leopard 2s were pretty much handed out which made the whole idea moot along with several other projects to modernize the M60 for the export market.

Like wise, the M60T is aimed at countries like Turkey and Greece who still have a large surplus of M60s or countries that cant afford to upgrade to the Sabra.
