It does kind of look flat from that angle, but it actually angles up here and there if you look close enough.

Description

Between the second and third Tiberium wars, GDI began researching new mammoth designs. After several models they chose this one and built a prototype. It was several times larger than the Mammoth MK2 and packed much more firepower, but its build and maintenance costs were extremely high. They stopped production of it and went with the mammoth MK3 instead because of the lack of Nod activity since the last war. Now they mainly show off this beast at town parades to boost civilian moral. EDIT: less coffee tableish view Moddb.com
