Description
After WW II one thing became evident - existing design of tanks is shitty. But after a while tank creators discovered that other designs are even more shitty. Nevertheles germans didn't give up this direction. It is towerless Leopard 3 tank. 2 different prototypes were created at the beginning of 70th and were tested in 1972-1976. Tests came to a deadlock. Aimed fire was impossible - when one barrel shots it makes such strong recoil effect that tank begins to move zigzag.

Thats an old prototyp of an Tankhunter during the 70´s. It is called Gefechtsfeld-Versuchsträger (GVT) :)

you are the dumbest idiot on the planet, its only since the mid sixties tanks were changing, before it was the same but bigger, look at the m60, or t57 heavy, or the t62a. those were not using reactive armor or sabot shells. the leo 1 was the first new tank, featuring new mechanics such as sabot rounds, and when the challenger 1 came reactive armor became a thing
