My tip!
Looks as if he fallen down from the bridge (upper right corner)
then it is probably the turret fell out of the hull (Tilted to the side and rollover).
EDIT: damn, it stands in the description xD
And kids, this is why you don't drive while drunk, even with a tank
Still i can't see how the turret stand before the tank.
