An out-of-body experience (OBE/OOBE) is an experience of floating outside one's physical body, ranging from simple autoscopy to travelling with one's "double" (the other body) at great distances (even to other planets).

A friendly warning...
It has been said that other beings and people and even demons can inhabit your body while you do this.
I'm not telling anyone how to live their life, but I know people that have done this and had some very dangerous and scary experiences.
Like I said... just a friendly warning.
