As they say in sports, "The ref only catches the guy that retaliates."
But still, excessive use of power and "retaliating" doesn't mean fckng up with hospitals, schools, TV stations, UN's posts...
Agreed, but what else do they do? Aren't the rocket batteries they have to destroy hidden among such no-go targets?
They are hidden in civilian areas, but I'm sure not in the UN's outposts inside schools, not in Al-Jazeera's place, etc.
THAT'S SO INACCURATE!! YOU forget the part that Israel took their land without question , they forced out of their homes and imprisoned them in a small part of land!! What shall Palestine do? just stay and watch? Israel is totally wrong in this war, it is wrong since its started!

The civilians want none of it. Start fresh with leaders who know what it is like to suffer at the hands of fear. It is the hate of the older generations that fuels their conflict. The newer ones would peacefully decide what land will become whose.
But then again, I am but a humble Australian 16 year old who knows very little about the context of the Middle East and all of its conflicts.
How dare you not be brainwashed by the established mainstream media and their astroturf lackeys?!?

Someone gave a really good question that if you answer truthfully may help your perspective.
If Israel laid down all their arms and asked for peace what would happen?
If Palestine laid down all their arms and asked for peace what would happen?
If you know your stuff, you'd know Israel would be invaded and probably be completely destroyed if they never fought back in the name of peace.
On the other side, israel would just leave them alone. You may have some butt holes who are addicted to the warring but the state of Israel's would stand down their military and settle for that peace.
And in the final days, as most their world burned in invisible flames, its resources spent and the lands scarred for millenniums to come, they finally understood the consequence of their actions ... A giant tomb of their own making. To anyone, who might come across this planet, it would be but yet another inconsequential pebble in the sky.
wow you guys are taking it tougher then me and im from israel sure there's war sure there are civilian casualties on both sides(iron dome cant shoot every single rocket although it is trying) we said it stop firing and we will stop too we stopped more then 5 times our fire while they continued with no problem of breaking every cease fire agreement they fired for 2 whole weeks rockets on my brother who is living in the south before the operation began totally unprovoked by the idf so what? are we going to just let them fire at will? really take things in perspective guys
