Day Z Survivors group

The purpose of this group is to schedule DayZ gameplay events, which will make it much easier to get ahead in DayZ. Eventually, through teamwork and determination, We will be able to set up a base of operations, complete with vehicles, supplies, and many defenses. After our small group becomes larger, and we have access to a helicopter, we will be able to pick people up when they respawn, as well as tour the island in small groups. This is all just a game, so it is important to have fun.

It all started with the post of MoHAlixPr and the input of other redditors. They already had their first game and I hope they will tell their stories below as well.

Everything below is still open for discussion.

Guidelines:

• Have an organizer who takes care of the event. (choose server, send co-ordinates and time, etc.)
• Only use ingame microphone.
• Have a meetingpoint and a specific time on the ingame watch where you all meet up. Don't wait too long, the ones who miss the boat can try to catch up but nothing else. (from there see what happens)
• If you die, you die and you are out of the event. Leave the server. You can still organize another game for yourself and others who died. But you are out of this specific event.
• 15? people per event can participate. (or it would be too much for a server I think, you don't want to run around with 20 people in a group, and a few of these won't make it.)

I thought it could be made a public event where everyone can participate in.

I made a steamgroup called 'DayZ Meeting Game' where everyone who is interested in this can join and meet up with each other. Guidelines will be added but everyone can just do it themselves as well.

I will try to host an event regularly and a few others to get this thing going. If there are too many participants I need some other people to be organizer as well.

I record this from my perspective. If we have a few recorders/streamers in the group with me we can make nice videos out of it and maybe make this more popular as we go.
