EVCT is a lost of events. which are used to incorporate FX into motions at the position of markers in brief...
Further explanation will be needed as there are many variables for the events.
CLST contains classes.. Which are transferable through Copy/paste chunk.
CLST is a list of clause. which are used to determine an actions activation through links in conditions.
in this example there is a ranged weapon variable
Game variable of the hardpoint is first...
weapons label for the game is second...
Default weapon for the Hardpoint is third...

CONL contains conditions Which are transferable through Copy/paste chunk.

MODL contains modifiers. Which are transferable through Copy/paste chunk.
MODL is a list of modifiers with the type of modifier being easier highlighted.

MTRE contains Motions.. Which are transferable through Copy/paste chunk.
MTRE contains a list of motion with
-The initial string being the animation(ANIM) imported.
-The second selection of strings related to the events included in that Motion.
There will be a lot more info to get for motions as I know there is a lot more variables that can be in there.:)
ACTS contain action lists. Which I have to investigate further. :)
ACTS is a list of actions I am yet to break down to get suitable information.
