That's a nice video and a nice map that you have in the works! Good job as I look forward to fixing that map up for you as a part of the v1.31 patch if you wish.

Just to add here, I used one of sgtmyers88's water mods on this map, so water looks different. Also I took a look at Taxikiller's tunnel tutorial for Zero Hour, which gave me idea for the tunnel you see in the video :D
