Anyway... why Nod never distroyed that satellite?
There's more than one, they never say how many but probably around 10 or so by TW3.
Well it is explained in C&C III that GDI had an array of defensive satellites do defend both Ion cannons and the Philadelphia Space Station, including Kinetic kill vehicles, lasers and even the Ion cannon themselves.
After the Nod destroyed the ASAT base in US they only had one Nuke able to reach GDI's space assets and that one was used to take out Philadelphia SS starting the Third Tiberium War.
