Description
This matte-painting was created for the Tiberian Dawn total conversion for CnC3.
In this image there, of course, is the tiberium with the logos of GDI and Nod shinning onto them to basically show that their existence is tied through and though with tiberium. This is the reason why the light doesn't cast a shadow towards the viewer because I wanted to make it a "mythical" or representational light.
The sky is very tumultous because of both tiberium's affect on Earth as well as the constant battles the revolve around them.

Also, I am the artist who created it, so we'll call it the "official" upload.

I wonder why EA remake the tiberium like Starcraft-ish crystal. not keep the shape like this. Also why they remove tiberium flora/fauna.

i heard somewhere when in Tiberian Sun era GDI kill all tiberium related thing but they can't eliminate all tiberum thing so good question.
