This dude is from the U.S.A.F. He made a rocket and named it Viva Viagra. The U.S. court told him to dismantle it or he gets it.

So... where is the relevance to C&C? I can understand the fries, and the not awesome dude can be allowed as they have remote relevance to C&C, but how is this related to C&C at all?
