Why does CABAl need a pen? He is a computer.
Maybe it´s for cyborgs which don´t have USB entries...
The Daedalus team worked in there...Dr. Boudreau escapes the place as CABAL steals the Tacitus by retracting that arm holding it.
So that would be a GDI lab, not CABAL right? I remember that cutscene now. Cyborgs come in those doors and randomly shoot crap.
When CABAL was "friends" with GDI, he allowed GDI research team to work there with CABAL, because he was the only thing that was able to read the Tacitus. And then the Cyborgs entered the room and started shooting around.
