Well, each commandos have their vantages:
-Natasha can to kill drivers and destroy buildings/infantry from large distance, but she is not good at close combat;
-Yuriko is very good with aircraft and heavy vehicles, but she is weak vs a big group of enemies, but she has a special ability thats help her on these moments and she has some problems with defenses;
-Tanya is good vs infantry ( but she is not so good like in RA2) and kill vehicles and buildings at close distance. Defenses are a problem for her.
This is what I think..............

No, only Yuriko I would say. Natasha and Tanya look very mature (but Yuriko is sexy as well).
