no not really, this one looks like a dump truck on tracks
It looks more like a frankenstein of a german halftrack, a dump truck tipper and the cab of a tatrapan apc. Typical GLA ingenuity.

So a German half-track, a garbage truck and a Russian ZPU had an orgy and that was the result.
