Back to using photoshop =D
I tried using Paint.net, but its controls sucked bad.

redux is a mod for a C&C game but sure do agree
Paint.NET controls are more easily handled than GIMP's ones. ;-P However, in Paint.NET copying/pasting sucks quite much, but generally the program has a simpler and more feasible interface.
The commando has a sniper rifle in-game, but why on the pic he uses a shotgun?
because a commando can quickscope you with a shotgun :) its the commando after all
