What if you hate TT because the fact there is no base build system in it? you are getting creative and start up world builder and make your own cool base with just civilian buildings!

while looking at the poor models i am not really sad anymore that there where no bases.
Its still really sad to see that C&C had dissolved into this. A mere shadow of its former self.
anyway it looks nice damm new mod idea :P
if they ever make a sdk for tt with out xml
