Nice exclusives i must say.
Welcome back, Pathfinder/Humvee combo.
I still wish that GLA has the very stealth specific general like Kassad was.
We still haven't seen the ingame upgrades for the GLA. They'll probably remain the stealthy, speedy, subversive faction. This specific EU general is most likely designed to be their counterpart.
