So what do you want in the next C&C?

Only post one thing, you have to wait for another poster untill you can post again, so we avoid wall of texts :)

Technican: A really useless unit spawned from a destroyed building, he runs around in panic when is isn't firing upon (and missing) that enemy apoc tank parked infront of him.

What about a remake of C&C4?
a serious game this time.

Civilians - it would be the best if they could be active - like in Red Alert 2 :D

Mar 9 2011 Anchor

i like the idea of active civilians .. so yeah that would be something i would like to see =) .. just a thought if it does indeed turn out to be related to Generals which other countries would you guys rather want?

Modular Vehicles.

Because as good as all the series are, it'd be even better if we could make our own aircraft/vehicles/infantry/you get the picture to specialize and switch up tactics to our preferences.

Red Alert 4 without the supermodels plz :P

Oreberium supply yards -resources gathering, should be made that way so you need a balance between resources and military.

Well, here is my modest list XD

1) Civilians. Not the ones which only run like retards when the spot military units on the 3D early C&C games.
2) Infantry squads (I just loved it in C&C 3)
3) Classic resource gathering sistem.
4) Modding tools.
5) Good storyline.
6) Descent unit design (resiously, I don´t want those crappy things from TT)
7) The option to play the game without internet connection (unlike TT)
8) The return of some menu options, like tech slider, turn of Super Weapons, game modes, etc.
9) Ok... make the tech slider a bit different, where you can to limit the max teir of every unit/defence class (like infantry limited to teir 2, vehicles limited to teir 1, no aircraft, etc)
10) More than 2 factions.
11) More than 2 BALANCED factions.
12) Get an Editor Choice and win as the Best Strategy Game on Gamespot :D

Fans are composed of people who don't like the media in question?

Mar 13 2011 Anchor

- completely polished game
- no rushed development (so take your time, but don't make fans keep waiting)
- great fanbase and modding support
- don't doing it wrong

BEHOLD THE WALL OF TEXT !

1-Neutral Units like civilians, unaligned factions(warlords, remnants of independent governments) that can be captured/hired or turn hostile against the player(start bombing civilians and they will form a militia to fight you)
2-Expanded Tiberium Fauna and Flora, like we had in Tiberium Sun and Firestorm where those could play a role in the maps
3-Keeping the squad system from C&C3
4-Dedicated transport aircraft for GDI, instead of paying a sum of cash just to move the from A to B, I want a buildable and controlable air transports like the orca carryall and the orca dropship
5-Dedicated underground transport and units for Nod, like the subterranean APC and the Devil's Tongue
6-Defenses against underground units for GDI like sonic seismic charges or at least some underground area denial system to force the burrowed units to surface
7-The return of the mobile sensor array for both sides(different designs for each side)
8-The return of the Scrin as a playable and opposing faction
9-Finally make the Forgotten a playable faction with its own campaigning
10-Either kill CABAL at once or make him a playable faction with its own campaigning
11-Weapon and models consistence for each faction style(Nod: lasers and particle weapons, GDI: Railguns and Ion cannons)
12-Subfactions for each major faction, like in C&C: Kane's wrath(GDI's Steel Talons and ZOCOM, Nod's Black hand and Marked of Kane) each with their special units
13-Cut scenes with more action and better environment as we have seen in C&C:TS and C&C:TW (please not like the cutscenes from C&C4 where we have seen with Toyota Prius and Ford Focus, soldiers with P-90s and G-36 wearing digital cammo in 2070 !)
14-A plot that doesn't leave the player and the fan base face's like ಠ_ಠ
15-Return of the Walls and Gate system
16-Modding/Map editing tools, SDK releases
17-No retarded DMR systems like those EA is putting in the games they published, that is forcing the legit buyers to crack the game anyway
18-Get rid of the leveling system from C&C4 and not needing to connect EA's servers to save/record your progress
19-Unit formations selection
20-Like stated above some modular units would be nice, but not like combining unit X with Y and get Z, but like the USA's striker, you can have the IFV with a 25mm auto cannon variant , the mortar variant, APC variant , 105mm cannon AFV variant, the hospital/ambulance variant, the ECM/Command variant, one unit with several flavors to choose.

Is doing this really hard ? So far the modding community has been doing a good job at keeping the franchise alive.
