Incest In no way defines creation. Adam and Eve had perfect genes (0 mutations) so the chance of their children to be deformed was 0. God didn't prohibit it until much later, because the amount of gene defects would have resulted in a lot of birth defects if the genes were not farther away. (besides, how did "the first life" in your belief reproduce? And WHERE did it come from?)
The first reproduction of the first life? Well, you need to know how bacterias reproduce themselfes to understand that question. Im not sure when the first life with sexual reproduction appeared, I have to look for it on Wiki before I can tell for sure.
Adam and Eva had perfect genes? You know that the bible tells you nothing about genes, and there is no testable example of Adam and Eva so what you are claiming is a hypothesis. Furthermore what does perfect genes mean? Perfection cannot exist. If they would be perfect it would mean they would be god themselfes - the story about Cain and Able or the fall of sin wouldnt happen AT ALL. But I guess you mean "static genes". 0 mutations (micro evolutions) = dead end. It would mean that Adam and Eva would just clone themselfes, the birth of Cain and Able would be impossible.
And why are you talking about gene defects? Mutations are not necessarily gene defects. For example, the skin of afro americans becomes more brighten than their african ancestors. Its just an adaption to the change of environment over generations, the perfect example of micro evolution. Or how about humans are getting much bigger today than 500 years ago - back than 2 meter guys would be something like a giant cave troll.
If we started with 2 humans 6000 years ago, the human species would be extinct now.
