il2 Clod image - Aircraft Lovers Group

I had to take a snap of this, looked stunning with the Clod engine :) Which variant of the FW190 is your favorite?
I am a Bf109 guy, I like the Bf 109 Friedrich variants.

A8, 2x30mm - for anti-aces like me it's only easy way to get someone killed. But I can fly A4 or A5 on maps with older planes.

Very nice! an accurate salvo from mg's and cannons will bring any fighter down, even some bombers. The Me109 single nose cannon requires accuracy which is super tough.

Well, I have less problems with aiming than flying itself. I choose FW190 because I am lazy to make some kind of difficult maneuvering. But new Spit versions are as fast as I am and there is nothing I can do when I have one on my six. I hate those planes xD

True, head on head against an FW190 armed to max is a bad idea! ahhh! Story of my life online against Spitfires, takes some serious maneuvers that I cannot perform. Most of the time I end up engaging WEP, dive to ground, and fly low (+hope for the best that he does not follow) xD hahaha

@Giuseppe I couldn't agree more, Il2 clod def has some gameplay issues/bugs, but so far its playable and looks great! I still play Il2 1946 with HSFX and visual + sound mods. Game is surprisingly still enjoyable after many years. I like the Africa theater in the HSFX mod.
