Valley Shorohov, very nice, had a go at this Mod a short while ago, it's got a lot of good things about it but an English translation isn't one of them :), I have heard there might be one available obtained via GSC forums, nice screen though
There wasn't one available when I downloaded it, there might be one now, not sure, do you know of one?

Valley of Whispers, dude. I'll have to replay it once I finish MISERY 2.1 beta, storyline was really nice but I kept hitting dead ends without the current translation.
