I hate it when this happens in the middle of a gunfight, also some random mercs just started running in a line and ran into me.

Yeah, gotta love that mod. Though still, I really noticed that blowouts mostly occur during the night, mostly after midnight, actually... And some during mornings.
They occur to me at around 3PM - 5PM in-game. Especially when hunting away from safe areas.
