I guess this is the dead-end tunnel in Agroprom area?
Yep :)
Easy to defend, and no anomalies. Must be one of the cozier places in Agroprom :D
If you hide, nobody can see you in the dark tunnel, but you can see everyone entering, so yea, easy to defend.
