Complete 2009 with new textures from LoNer1, Ket and Vincent Vega. New weather config files from Dead Autumn 2. Using v1.0006 with part of v1.0007.

I have seen enough crashed helicopters in this game to convince me it's not the best or even the safest means of getting there, but what is?
