Looks like it's getting sent back to hell by those Stalkers, buy them a drink.

It could be a mutant based off the Freedom fanfiction. Which has a load of unique mutants in it's lore. This one, and the scene looks like the naked wolf beasts that kept attacking two guys while they were feeling through what sounded like an old trench.
There was also another guy who stayed hidden above the trench and kept killing some of the muties with a knife. Real bad *** character that one.
