So is that mean I can kill any elite stalker with exo suit ? outside the bar obviously :)

This is one Dreadnought I would prefer covering my back in a tight situation.
imo these guys (exo-skeletons) are too common throughout the vanilla games, I'd like them to be extremely rare but also extremely dangerous (to the point were even with solid gear you'd prefer avoiding a fight with them and if you do take them on the fight would take some solid planning and preparing, so just seeing one in the distance would make you poop yer pants).
This seems preferable. Considering how bulky their armor looks, it ought to be able to stop .50 BMG rounds or 30-06 AP, leaving you the choice to try and hit limbs or the head and risk wasting entire magazines, or finding a spot to try and snipe them from. But then I can't remember if they had thermal vision in some games as well.

Yes, I always mod the game so heavy armor and specialistic suits are very rare, but also buffed very high so killing heavily armored enemies is a real challenge. Exo in game has over level IV protection, so it should stop even high caliber AP rounds, like 30-06 or modern 7.62x54 sniper rounds.
Exo Armor is my most favorite suit in the whole stalker series. One day ima build a replica of it. Actuelly easy if you know what tools to use and material ;), and later ill try to make an actuell exo suit.
