Victoria 2 two player, 1v1 mod file

After getting the idea from dealing with random kids, people using walmart internet, and delays...

I decided to create my own 1v1 mod for me and my friends. After going through many processes I've perfected it and decided to post it for everyone to have. After all, I believe this truly "revolutionizes" the game. All you need is eachother and hamachi or radmin or whatever your multiplayer way of choice is and you have a game.

There is no AI to screw you over. It has been tweaked to specifically tailor to the 1v1 experience. RGOs are reworked. Pops are reworked. Industry, buildings, forts are reworked. The wars and war exhaustion have been modded to custom fit this experience. Tech has been reworked. The complete changelog is truly innumerous as I've had this in my mind and been working on it for a while now. It runs quick and turns multi MONTHLY campaigns into less than a DAY.

If you're gunshy of victoria 2 be no more! This also gives you great micro practice if you regularly play multiplayer. There is no reason not to enjoy this mod with a friend or even somebody you don't know if a competitive community is set up, which I can organize if enough people add me on discord (hamfuckinglossus)

As you can see, entire weeks of build up in a regular multiplayer game can be executed in this mod within a few hours at most.
