Search box : Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines
Make your searching for files, not articles
& scroll down until you see "V:TM-B NPC Model for PC"
Just extract the file to the Cfg folder, and volia.
All the clan skins are replaced with NPCs.

"This mod replaces the models used for the PC's to that of NPC's. So for example the male Ventrue is changed to Prince LaCroix."
Nvm just google "V:TM-B NPC Model for PC" and click the first link xD
