No, it's not Harley Quinn-inspired. Got this mad idea to make her into Sugar cosplayer. Sugar (Sucre) character belongs to Mortis Ghost and is taken from OFF the game (btw, it's a great game guys seriously))) and i apologize if some of you may not like such crossovers, but i've seen some cool examples (VV as Rayne...) and decided to make my own one.

I like Jeanette the way she is in game, but damn if this mod doesn't look great. It is one of the few decent mods in terms of skin packs, the others all look ugly as hell.
