Version of the game shouldn't matter, it all goes in the same folders.
If a server has pure turned on it will not work as well as other custom textures and meshes.
I know this is an old mod but i found it today and i want to now, i extract the files into decals or i move the whole carpet of detailed into decals?
this wont work because its outdated i mean look at that upload date
