Stone Age Survivor is the name of an action-survival game that is currently being developped by two young developers from switzerland. The player awakens in a world full of animals, dinosaurs and plants, with which he can interact. The player collects plants and hunts animals, which will drop certain items such as meat or skin. The player will then be able to craft useful gadgets such as weapons from wood and stone or food from various plants. These newly crafted items will increase the player's chance of survival. Not only has the player to deal with hostile animals, but also he can get himself killed by simply eating off the wrong plant. There will be some unique features like our intelligence system. Not to hate on this, but why include dinosaurs? They were gone by the stone age?

Yes we know that the dinosaurs were gone in the stone age. The game concept is realistic with only this exception. We decided to put them into the game for to have more pressure for the player.
Would you prefer to not have dinosaurs in Stone Age Survivor?
With what I know so far I really have no idea whether I want it or not. Many other more realistic options like the sabertooths and mammoths. There still was quite a few scary animals then.
I'll have to await more info from you guys to truly answer that, It was mostly meant as a question on why exactly dinosaurs. Why not take animals that existed at the time or at the least would not be so out of place like I mentioned before the sabertooth, mammoths, direwolves, normal wolfs, lions, lynxes and whatnot.
Still sounds interesting though. And sorry if the text above seems like I'm rambling. And yeah its your game, your desicion- I was just voicing a question- a it tired to not see many good games from the stone age era and this seems like could be a pretty interesting one.

In the game, there will be saberthooths, mammoths and other animals from the stone age. But additionally there will be are also dinosaurs. I think that's a very good package for the flora and fauna of this game. :)
