Conquer, rule and manipulate the Roman Empire with the ultimate goal of being declared as the "Imperator" of Rome. Set in a time when the mighty Roman Empire emerged to conquer the known world against powerful enemies, when gladiators fought to a bloody death in the Coliseum; when Spartacus defied the might of the empire; when Hannibal led his invincible army and his war elephants across the Alps to strike fear into the very heart of Rome itself; and when Julius Caesar finally smashed the Barbarian Gauls. This was a time of brutal confrontation between civilisation and barbarism, and of civil war as the ancient world's only superpower turned on itself.

1942 submod: Welcome to real world war 2 :) This is a submod for 1942 standalone submod ((total-war-1942/news/total-war-1942-version-19-submod-of-alpha-20-stand-alone)) so you should install it first then replace this with that submod files Features: 1. Increasing of each settlement population up to 12000 2. Increasing the population growth up to maximum 12.5% 3. Perpetual alliance agreement between Axis and Allied sides 4. No Axis neither Allied faction (AI and player both) can attack on another allied faction naval and land 5. all units have zero time recruitment (in 24 turn per year, every turn means 15 days which is enough to create tank and airplane and infantry in real world war I think) 6. Each faction now has enough money to create its army and city in massive world war 2 7. Increasing public order so there is no matter to distance from capitals or different culture (culture will be changed in just 2 3 turns in captured city) HAVE FUN ;)
