Quake 2 is another classic from id software.While not modded quite as much as it's predecessor or Q3A, it is still a blast to play and the mod's on offer are bundles of fun. Just step into Quake 2 Rocket Arena, armed with the new and almighty rocket and rail gun and you will be gibbing for hours on end.If you dig fast paced action, then load up the good ole Quake 2, fire up a mod or two and have some fun!

Quake 2 Server Browser Beta 3 is an excellent tool to find online servers. There is little information available for this program. However, it watches servers from q2servers.com. The browser is compatible with these Quake II MODDED online servers Action Quake II, CTF, Deathmatch, Gloom, Jump, KOTS, Lithium II, (Great for the Bi-Polar!-LoL), LOX, Rocket Arena 2, TDM/Duel/Vortex, WODX, Xatrix etc I suggest you quickly read the read me.txt and the link to the Programmer's Forum Post. On average I find around 300+ active servers daily and around 250-500 Players. There are a couple "Hidden" Features mentioned in the text file. Be sure to download this valuable tool and have tons of fun Fraggin'!
