I opened your map and saw a wall of pink and black checked texture. Quit the game and this dysfunctional map. Try again....try testing first before posting.

It sure is a destroyed map file... Missing textures everywhere, no challenge, shortest map ever, ridiculous ending...

It's a troll, right ?

EDIT: I meant to put this as a reply to halflifelover23's comment. Must've clicked the wrong link.
Maps generally come in the form of one file which ends in "bsp". Find where you installed Portal (or, if you use Steam, find where you installed that). Now in Steam, you'll want to go to the folder SteamApps, then there should be one with the same name as your Steam account, then Portal, then Portal again. On non-Steam (retail) Portal, just go into the folder called Portal. THEN, create a folder called maps if there isn't one, and put the file in there. In the game go to options, keyboard, advanced, make sure "Enable developer console" is checked, then click OK and OK again, and then press the button that looks like this `, then type in "map " without quotes and then the name of the file without the ".bsp" bit.
